Delivery Germany and Austria

All our packages are delivered by our logistics partner DHL, Austrian Post or GLS depending on their selection. After handing over to our logistics partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to the shipment tracking.

Shipping to Switzerland

For delivery to Switzerland you order German VAT (net) without 19%.
Please note that import tax of 8% on import of goods into Switzerland have to afford. This is not included in the invoiced amount and will be collected on delivery.

For deliveries to Switzerland we recommend to use the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. All information can be found at MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and the delivery to your front door takes over then for a small fee MeinEinkauf.ch. You receive your goods quickly, customs clearance and low-priced.

Worldwide Shipping

Delivery outside the EU Deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional import duties, duties and charges. Deliveries of SEIKO watches outside the EU are not possible for contractual reasons .

How long does it take to process and dispatch With us, your order will be processed immediately after receipt during the processing times Mon-Fri 08:45 to 18:00 and will be provided as soon as possible for our logistics partner (except prepayment, then only after receipt of payment).

Order Status If you enable "Create Account" when you create your billing information,you will be able to post status upon order completion track the order in their customer account. Please note that if you create the customer account after placing your order, you will not be able to view orders that have already been placed.

Delivery Pack Stations Our logistics partner DHL also delivers to packing stations.
